My interest in personal health and working with helping people has always been my passion. 


My early interest and studies in therapies such Shiatsu, Sports Massage, and Reflexology, was where my love for helping people started and grew which lead me to further my studies.


I started studying Kinesiology to add to my compliment. 

I was blown away by the effectiveness, the different modalities and the different techniques it used to bring balance on a physical, mental, spiritual and emotional level. 


In a nut shell, I believe that having a healthy and balanced well being is a combination of lifestyle, good nutrition, excercise, massages, cleansing, 'quiet me time' or meditation, having a balance between work and play, thinking positively, and doing what makes your soul dance helps achieve 'true self-care.'
